Casually Available for Free/Care Lease Onsite in Milton, GA to the perfect match! Looking for an intermediate or above rider who is looking for more low key ride time to offset care costs and since I don’t have time to ride more than 3 days a week.

Most likely lease would be a partial lease 1 lesson with an approved trainer and 1 free ride per week. If you would like a third session, a third ride would need to be a lesson with an approved trainer UNLESS approved otherwise it could be a free ride. A third light ground work/stable based exercise session/bonding time would be perfect as well.
 

He’s in professional ground work training 1-5 days a week, depending on my work and travel schedule.
 

Khody has ALL the fun and fancy buttons at the walk - half pass, leg yield, walk pirouette, shoulder in, counter shoulder in, turn on the haunches, turn on the forehand, rein back, etc.
 

He is working more on western and trail type exercises and patterns such as ground tying, side passing, and opening a gate under saddle and making excellent progress! He crosses water extremely confidently.
 

He also is a such a gentleman for bareback riding! He long lines/ground drives bitless as well.
 

He would be a good option if you are interested in going the western dressage, western trail and/or ranch riding route in the future once I find a western saddle for him. He currently rides in rubber or plastic snaffles or bitless. I will need teach him to ride in a curb for western.
 

He is smart, curious, very confident, and learns very quickly and he absolutely loves exploring on the trails. He will love you forever and be your best friend if you bring him a large handful of alfalfa hay and go on the trails with him.
 

Khody has had TOP level care and I expect anyone that leases him to continue to keep that as a priority!
 

Trial ride days and start time for lease would be after March 14th, but you are more than welcome to come meet him and visit the farm before then and if his schedule/time allows, spend some one-on-one time with him on the ground. If you need earlier for a certain reason, please just let me know! Would prefer to do at least 10 trial days to be certain you are a perfect match for him.
 

Please note I’m NOT looking for someone who wants to do jumpers, eventing, Endurance, barrel racing, cutting, reining, etc. If you are an adrenaline junkie or have the need for speed, we are most likely not a good fit for you! Strictly dressage, hunters, ranch riding, western dressage, western or English trail, etc. focus ONLY please. He is 100% trained under saddle by me - his amateur owner.

Khody is located in Milton/Alpharetta at my very private, quiet family farm. We have 40+ acres and two arenas - one covered and one outdoor - both with sprinkler systems and lights. You are able to see more photos and videos of the farm and Khody at:
